Organizations that have an internal IT department, but don’t currently have IT network monitoring software to alert them prior to a crisis, can be licensed by GHC Technology through TeamViewer to receive all IT network alerts. Internal personnel will be the first line of support, but GHC Technology can also provide backup support on a time and materials basis at our standard labor rates.

Under TeamViewer's co-managed approached, both the client and GHC Technology have access to network performance data that will enable an issue to be resolved prior to an event occurring that causes downtime.
